Introducing BBQ Iterary

A new side project about iterating on BBQ and cooking techniques from real cookbooks. First up: chicken wings from The Japanese Grill.

I started a new thing: BBQ Iterary.

The idea is simple. I pick recipes from cookbooks I like, make them over and over, and document what I learn along the way. Not as an expert, but as someone figuring it out through repetition.

The first post is about chicken wings from The Japanese Grill by Tadashi Ono and Harris Salat. I've made them about 10 times now and I'm still tweaking how I do it. The full write-up is on bbq.iterary.com and there's a YouTube Short to go with it.

More cooks coming soon.
